Terms of service

By purchasing from Blue Jade Crystal Collection, you agree to these terms.

One-of-a-kind products: every piece we sell is unique — you receive the exact item pictured. Colors and patterns may look slightly different on your screen than in person.

Natural characteristics: our crystals are natural stones and may contain crevices, caves, or what may appear to be internal "cracks" beneath a smooth exterior. These are natural features, not flaws.

Pricing and payment: all prices are in US dollars, due at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Shipping: we ship within the United States only, within 3 business days of purchase. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns: all sales are subject to our Return Policy.

Liability: our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We're not responsible for carrier delays once your package has shipped.
