**Return Policy**

Changed your mind? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Because every piece in our collection is one-of-a-kind, we can't offer direct exchanges — but we'll gladly refund you.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging. To start a return, email us at bluejadecrystalcollection@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable service, since we can't guarantee receipt of your return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

*Damaged or wrong items:* contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and keep the item in its original packaging. We'll make it right — a replacement if the piece is still available, otherwise a full refund including shipping.

*Please note:* many of our products are natural crystals and minerals that may contain crevices and caves, or what may appear to be internal "cracks" beneath a smooth exterior. These are natural characteristics, not damage, and are not eligible for return or refund.

*Sale items:* items bought on sale or with a discount code are final sale, unless damaged or incorrect.
